Shipping, Refund & Reprint Policy

GoFish cards are custom, made-to-order print products fulfilled through our print partner (Printful or a similar provider). The short version: cancel free any time before your cards go to print. If a pack arrives misprinted or damaged, send us a photo within 5 days and we'll reprint it free. No need to ship anything back.

Shipping

Processing begins after payment clears and the card content for your ZIP / area is queued for print.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
You are responsible for a complete, correct shipping address. Extra shipping charges may apply to reship after an address error, refused package, or undeliverable return.
International shipping (if offered) may involve customs duties or taxes paid by the recipient.

Cancellations

Because each card is custom-printed:

Cancel free before printing starts. Email us your order number and we'll cancel and refund in full.
Once printing starts, we can't cancel for change of mind or a wrong ZIP, so please double-check the ZIP preview before you pay.
Wrote the wrong ZIP? Tell us right away. If the order hasn't printed yet, we'll fix it free.

Change of mind / buyer preference

Because every pack is printed for your area, we can't refund printed orders for:

Change of mind after purchase
Wrong ZIP / county selected by the buyer
Dislike of layout, tone, or which agencies appear
Expectation that a listed agency would be open, funded, or able to help on a given day

Resource lists are starting points. Always verify by phone.

Print quality & manufacturing defects (reprint / replace)

If your card arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted (for example: warped print, ink defect, wrong design/placement relative to what you ordered, blank or unreadable text caused by a production error), here's how we make it right.

Tell us within 5 days

Notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery (or within 5 calendar days of the estimated delivery date if the package never arrives). If you're a little late, reach out anyway.
Use the contact / report form on gofishcard.com. Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged in transit)
- Short description of the problem
- Tracking / delivery date if you have it

No return needed

A clear photo is usually all we need. You don't have to send the cards back.
In rare cases (for example, a very large order or a disputed claim), we may ask you to return the pack. If so, we'll cover the return shipping.

What you get

If we (or our print partner) confirm a manufacturing, print, or fulfillment defect — or a package lost in transit under partner rules — we will, at our option:

Reprint and reship the same order at no charge, or
Issue a refund of the purchase price paid to GoFish

Refunds, when issued, are to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable except when we determine the loss or defect was our / our partner’s fault.

Exceptions

We may waive the 5-day window or other steps at our discretion. If something went wrong, just tell us.

What is not covered as a “defect”

Content disputes (“this church should / shouldn’t be listed”)
Agencies closed, full, or unreachable when called
Buyer-entered address mistakes
Normal color variation between screen and print
Minor cosmetic variance that does not affect readability of resource info
Claims filed after the 5-day window without an approved exception

Lost packages

Report lost packages within 5 calendar days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier / Printful under their claim windows. Outcomes may be reprint or refund when a loss is confirmed — typically after any required claim documentation is complete. We may still require cooperation with carrier forms before reprinting.

Resource accuracy disclaimer (refunds)

No refund is due solely because a listed phone number changed, a program ended, or help was unavailable. We update directories over time but do not warrant current open/closed status. Use 211, 988, and official agency sites to verify.

How to contact us

Use the contact / report form on gofishcard.com. Form notifications go to getgofishcard@gmail.com.

Include your order number and photos (for quality claims). We aim to respond within a few business days.

Limited liability

Reprint, replacement, or refund of the affected order — subject to the claim window above — is your sole remedy for print/fulfillment issues to the fullest extent allowed by law. See also our Terms of Service.
