GoFish ("we," "us") sells ZIP-based resource cards and related digital tools. We operate as a ghost brand: we do not publish a personal founder bio, face, or private home address on this site.​

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Order information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, payment details processed by our payment and print partners).

• Contact information if you email us or submit a form.

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location (via standard analytics/cookies if enabled).

 ZIP or location queries you enter on Find / order flows (to show resource listings).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive health or case-management data about people experiencing homelessness. Resource directories are general public listings, not case files.

How we use information

• Fulfill and support orders (including sharing what our print partner needs to print and ship).

• Respond to messages and claims (for example print-quality issues).

• Improve the site, cards, and directory.

• Prevent fraud and secure the service.

 Comply with law.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with:

• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe or Wix Payments) to charge your order.

 Print / fulfillment partners (currently Printful or similar) to produce and ship custom cards.

• Hosting, email, and analytics providers that process data on our behalf.

• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

GoFish is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Resource directory note

Public agency names, phones, and addresses shown on cards or Find pages come from public sources and partner scrapes. They are not a dossier about any individual.

​

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
