These Terms govern your use of gofishcard.com and purchase of GoFish products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

​

GoFish provides ZIP / county resource cards and related web tools that list publicly available helping resources (for example 211, crisis lines, libraries, food and shelter referrals). We are a ghost brand — we do not publish a personal operator bio, face, or private residence. GoFish is not a 501(c)(3) charity and does not provide case management, shelter beds, or clinical care.

The product  important limits

​

• Resource listings are starting points, compiled from public sources. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.

• We do not warrant that any agency is open today, has capacity, or will serve a particular person.

 Always verify by phone or official websites before traveling or relying on a listing.

• Cards are meant as a dignified alternative to handing cash at lights or similar moments  not legal, medical, or social-work advice.

• Emergency danger: call 911. Mental health crisis: 988. Local referral: 211.

Orders and custom print

​

Cards are made to order with location-specific content. Once production starts, orders generally cannot be cancelled or changed (see Shipping & Refund / Reprint Policy).

​

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and selecting the intended ZIP / area. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an address you entered incorrectly.

Acceptable use

​

You may not:

​

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our directory for competing products without permission.

• Misrepresent GoFish as a government agency, shelter, or charity.

• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

 Attempt to break or overload the site.

​

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.

​

Intellectual property

​

Site design, card layouts, copy, and branding are owned by GoFish or its licensors. Resource names and public phone numbers remain those of the listed agencies.

Disclaimers

​

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free listings, or particular outcomes for anyone who receives or uses a card.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

​

• GoFish and its operators, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

• We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party agencies, shelters, churches, or hotlines listed on cards or Find pages.

• Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

​

You agree to indemnify and hold GoFish harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Third-party services

​

Payment, hosting, and print fulfillment (including Printful) are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their failures or policies may affect your order.

Governing law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence says otherwise. Courts in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that must be litigated, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

​

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
